KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to KyoChon standards
- Perform food preparation including portioning, brushing, battering, breading and marinating
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, labelling and stock rotation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and tasks assigned by management
SERVICE CREW
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly service
- Take orders and recommend menu items
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Ensure service items are properly prepared and stocked
- Work together with the team to provide excellent customer service
