Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up and negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Provide professional and effective customer service.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the company system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
