Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, solve problems, and enforce company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of workers to ensure productivity.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Train and guide workers to improve their skills and meet job requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor work quality and perform quality control checks.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and address any performance issues.
• Communicate effectively with management, providing updates and reporting issues as they arise.
• Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and tools, and organize ,maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling,etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the specific industry (construction).
• Certification in safety management or relevant qualifications.
