Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Admin who can handle fast paced work well. Candidates who are good and comfortable with numbers is highly welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Commission calculation, payroll (Priority)

• Be a main point of contact for staff, respond to them on time.
• Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with INFOTECH HRMS/Payroll Software will be given priority
• Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
• Able to work fast and accurately
• Focused, Organized and meticulous with numbers
• Ability to work independently
• At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Not a job-hopper
• Heads up, we are a busy department: )
