Responsibility

1. Network & Security Support

• Manage and support network and security infrastructure.
• Monitor network connectivity and system performance.
• Troubleshoot switches, wireless controllers, access points, and related issues.

2. Incident & Technical Support

• Perform network troubleshooting and resolve technical incidents within SLA.
• Conduct onsite Level 2 technical support Klang Valley area.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when required.

3. Vendor & Infrastructure Coordination

• Coordinate with security and firewall vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
• Assist with network maintenance, configuration, and infrastructure improvement.
• Maintain basic technical documentation and incident records.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in network and security support.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, switches, wireless controllers, access points, and firewalls.
• Experience in network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and incident resolution.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and provide onsite support.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with users, internal teams, and vendors.
