Responsibilities
Receptionist + Pilates Instructor
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Pilates
• Certified in Mat &/or Reformer Pilates
• Confident teaching individual and group classes
• Good understanding of Pilates principles, alignment and technique
• Able to modify exercises for different fitness levels
• Teaching experience preferred
Reception & Customer Service
• Friendly, warm and professional personality
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable welcoming and assisting clients
• Able to handle bookings, class schedules and payments
• Able to respond to client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
• Good at building positive relationships with clients
Personal Skills
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Well-organised and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Presentable and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about Pilates, fitness and wellness
• Potential to progress into Senior Instructor /
