What The Role Is
You are responsible for performing 24/7 threat collection and analysis to provide early warnings on emerging cyber threats and potential data breaches.

You are responsible for performing 24/7 threat collection and analysis to provide early warnings on emerging cyber threats and potential data breaches.
What You Will Be Working On
- Assist in managing projects that meet the team's operational requirements in threat collection operations
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse malware samples
- Procure, develop and implement technical solutions to enhance threat collection operations
- Conduct research to keep pace with developments and maintain access to information sources
- Provide guidance and advice to junior officers in the branch
Challenge(s) - Thinking out-of-the-box, improvising and adapting tools and techniques for effective threat collection operations that will provide enhanced early warning and situational awareness
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Possession of at least two professional certifications or industry-recognised qualifications related to cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge in open-source collection
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and malware behaviours
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
