Hiring: Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team at:

Palette KL Sentral near Pudu LRT formerly RPC Blissful Homes :
172 & 174, Jln Loke Yew, Pudu, 55200 Wilayah Perseketuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle enquiries at the front desk
• Manage room bookings and accommodation arrangements
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and booking enquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest stays
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with payment collection and prepare daily sales reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor when required

Requirements

• Malaysian candidates only
• Previous experience in hotel reception, front desk, or hospitality is preferred
• Experience with hotel booking systems and guest check-in/check-out procedures is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Friendly, responsible, patient, and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Candidates currently residing in Kuala Lumpur or nearby areas are preferred
