Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Company's Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire safety regulations, including statutory documentation and reporting.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor environmental compliance, including scheduled waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
• Organize SHE training, safety awareness programmes, emergency drills, and promote a positive safety culture.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committee activities, internal/external audits, and support regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements from a SHE perspective.
• Maintain SHE documentation, performance reports, KPI dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide SHE support for new projects, business continuity planning, and other assignments as required by Management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
