Responsibilities
Job Description:
Conduct outbound calls on existing leads and cold calls
Secure and manage new and existing accounts
Monitor customer orders confirmations
Expedite customer orders to secure on-time delivery
Handle customers shipment requests
Follow up related sales payments
Maintain customers' information in CRM
Performance administrative when required
Other Information:
Working Location: Ubi
Working Days/Hrs: Monday - Friday: 0830h - 1800h.
Job Requirements:
Min 1 - 2 years of experience in general sales / cold call
MS Excel & MS Word skills
Conduct outbound calls on existing leads and cold calls
