About Legacy
Legacy Wealth Advisors is a boutique independent private office - winner of Independent Wealth Manager (South East Asia) 2024 at the WealthBriefingAsia Awards. We bridge financial returns with family wellness across three integrated pillars.
Our 3 pillars of Excellence
- Wealth Stewardship: Preserving and regenerating wealth through prudent growth strategies and simplified administration amongst complexity.
- Succession & Governance: Designing bespoke structures for smooth transitions of wealth. Creating values-based governance to ensure wealth sustains, rather than divides, the next generation.
- Family Wellness: A unique program designed to enhance family harmony, support individual wellbeing, and prepare the rising generation for the responsibilities of wealth ownership.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Singapore-based, meticulous, client-savvy Head of Client Services to support our senior advisory team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role extends well beyond client servicing - into business development, prospecting research, and event coordination. Broad, high-impact, and visible from day one.
What will you do:
Client Servicing
- Provide the highest level of excellence in client servicing. Respond promptly to client emails and attend to their requests, e.g. cash flow requirements and prepare corresponding bank instructions.
- Manage client communications regarding required documentation for various structures and bank accounts; follow up rigorously and route to the relevant parties.
- Prepare quarterly client invoices and coordinate submission to banks for payment.
- Support client onboarding: prepare KYC summaries, source-of-wealth documentation, and onboarding forms for Compliance review.
Portfolio Administration
- Coordinate with Legacy’s investment team to translate the firm's model portfolio allocations into monthly rebalancing requirements for each client, formatted into client-ready trade suggestions.
- Monitor client approvals for portfolio changes and prepare trade orders for submission to custodian banks.
- Prepare quarterly portfolio reviews for each client, incorporating information provided by the advisory team.
Marketing Support
- Prepare presentations and business proposals for prospective clients, strictly manage the follow up.
- Research potential clients, liaise with the Compliance Team for name screening, and prepare a summary for the senior advisory team.
- Co-ordinate marketing events, including invitations, responses, and logistics management.
- Prepare general client communications, e.g. newsletters and manage email distribution.
- Update marketing material and arrange printing as needed.
Business Operations
- Prepare invoices for Legacy's own vendor payments for principal approval.
- Process and submit business expense claims.
- Respond to requests from the Accounts team and prepare relevant financial information.
- Maintain accurate client data for all Legacy clients, prospects, and professional contacts.
Daily Coordination
- Brief call with the CEO each morning to align priorities, clarify tasks and confirm the day's action list. You run the call. You own the follow-through.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or multi-family office operations in Singapore - specifically in client servicing, portfolio administration, or relationship management support.
- Deep familiarity with Singapore private bank processes: account opening, KYC/AML requirements, MAS regulatory environment, trade order workflows, and custodian bank communication protocols.
- Experience preparing client-facing portfolio reports and investment communications; able to translate fund data and model portfolios into clear, professional client materials.
- Exceptional written English; professional Mandarin or other Asian language preferred.
- Experience supporting business development or marketing activities - preparing client presentations, coordinating events, or managing prospect pipelines - in a wealth management or financial services context.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive); familiarity with wealth management platforms and CRM tools would be an advantage.
- Comfort with remote working; self-directed, disciplined, and responsive within agreed hours.
- Discreet, professional, and client-confidentiality-aware - this is non-negotiable in wealth management.
What We Offer
- A career-defining role inside a recognised award-winning boutique - with a direct path to senior ARM or client-facing advisory responsibilities as the firm scales.
- Direct access to senior decision-makers and learning from our experienced team.
- Legacy has its office in Singapore Central Business District, however, this role can be undertaken 70-80% remotely within Singapore.
- Flexibility, with core availability required 10am–5pm SGT for client responsiveness and CEO briefing.
- S$6,000–S$7,500 per month gross (full-time equivalent; before CPF; dependent on experience), with performance-based review at 3 and 6 months. Pro-rated for part-time arrangements.
- Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
- 3-month probationary period; 1-month notice during probation, 2 months thereafter.
