Job Description
Responsibilities
TAQWA Organisation is a financial advisory firm representing AIA Singapore, built on faith, family, and a culture of genuine mentorship.
We help individuals and families plan for protection, savings, retirement, and legacy and we grow our team the same way we grow our clients' futures: with structure, guidance, and people who genuinely invest in each other's success. Every consultant here is paired with senior leaders who teach, coach, and open doors, you're never building alone.
Role Description:
As a Financial Consultant, you'll meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and design tailored proposals using TAQWA's proven planning frameworks.
You'll build a sustainable client base through referrals, community networks, and Centres of Influence (COI) not cold calling and nurture those relationships so they grow stronger over time.
Alongside client work, you'll be developed on two tracks that move together: a personal growth track (income, MDRT-aligned milestones, leadership progression) and a client-mastery track (technical and advisory skill).
This comes with one-on-one mentorship from the Director and senior consultants, hands-on coaching in proposal-building and closing, structured onboarding, and ongoing training built into your weekly rhythm with a clear path toward team leadership if you want it.
Qualifications:
• Career switchers (25–40) seeking purpose, autonomy, and uncapped growth, or fresh graduates wanting a mentorship-driven start
• Strong communicator who genuinely cares about people and their financial wellbeing
• Self-starter who is coachable and hungry to learn
• Minimum local diploma qualification
• No industry experience required, full training and mentorship provided
