·        Identify and develop new material and service suppliers.

·        Own purchasing execution and commercial management of suppliers to ensure material availability, competitive terms, and supply continuity.

·        Manage supplier performance, purchasing controls, agreements, and capacity commitments.

·        Support supply planning and Production Planning & Control.

Purchasing & commercial management

·        Manage purchase orders, delivery follow-up, pricing, payment terms, supplier agreements, and capacity reservations.

·        Maintain accurate purchasing approvals, records, ERP data, and audit-ready documentation.

·        Drive cost competitiveness, purchase-price improvement, total-cost analysis, and purchasing-process efficiency without compromising quality or continuity.

Supplier development, performance & supply continuity

·        Identify, approve and develop new suppliers who provide materials or services that are important for producing products and the operations of other functional teams.

·        Manage approved suppliers for quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and responsiveness, with technical support from relevant functions.

·        Monitor shortages, lead times, commitments, and supplier risks, and support contingency and dual-source execution.

Functional coordination

·        Provide supplier commitments and purchasing information to the Head of Supply Chain and Production Control Manager.

·        Support supplier qualification and NPI readiness.

·        Degree in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering, or related field; 5+ years procurement or supply chain experience in semiconductor or electronics.

·        Strong negotiation, supplier management, contract, ERP, analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

·        Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cross country supply chain operations.
