Job Summary

You will install, service, maintain, and repair various commercial and residential air conditioners, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair various types and brands of commercial and residential air conditioners
• Perform chemical overhauls and general maintenance services at customer premises
• Inspect air conditioning systems to identify faults and recommend appropriate repair and improvement works to customers
• Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act
• Provide monthly maintenance and operational services to customers
• Handle fault and emergency repairs effectively while managing customer complaints professionally
• Collaborate with supervisors to complete additional tasks as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting, and repairing of air conditioners
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to the job
• Basic command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively
• Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Immediate availability or ability to join within a short notice period
