Your Mission
No boring coffee runs here. You are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You ensure that multimillion-dollar vessels get their parts exactly when and where they need them.
Master the Flow
: Coordinate the entire journey of ship spares – from arrival at our warehouse straight to the vessel's deck.
Be the Connector
: Liaise directly with international suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders. You make things happen.
Control the Paperwork
: Keep our logistics documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices) flawless.
Solve the Puzzle
: Track shipments in real-time, tackle custom clearances, and solve challenges before they become problems.
Grow the Business
: Work closely with our Operations Manager and bring your own ideas to help scale our start-up processes.
