Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the customer service team
Handle data entry, documentation and updating of service records
Coordinate and schedule technician appointments
Process and track spare parts requests
Follow up on service cases and maintain accurate records
Prepare reports and assist with filing and other administrative tasks
Liaise with customers and internal departments when required
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Training will be provided
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
Salary: Up to $2800
Able to commit for 6 months contract (Subject to extension or conversion to perm)
Able to start work within short notice
