Job Description
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on leadership role covering procurement, warehouse management, and fulfilment across all our channels (Boutiques, eCommerce, Events, B2B). You'll personally lead supplier sourcing and negotiations, run a lean and reliable warehouse, and lead a small team to get every order out accurately and on time — while helping us build the systems to scale.
Key responsibilities
Own procurement: source and negotiate directly with Suppliers, issue POs, manage supply risk, and keep costs and quality in balance
Run the warehouse: inventory accuracy, stock rotation, cold chain integrity, and a clean, compliant environment
Own fulfilment across Boutiques, eCommerce, Events, B2B, and corporate/HoReCa orders, including dispatch planning and delivery partner management
Lead and develop a small team (Supply Chain & Fulfilment Executive, Packing Staff)
Build and improve SOPs, track KPIs, and report progress to Senior Management
Support our overseas expansion by helping set up cross-border supply chain processes

Logistics-minded and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and documentation skills

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
4–6 years' relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations (F&B, retail, or FMCG a strong fit), with hands-on Supplier negotiation experience
Prior experience leading or supervising a team
Comfortable being hands-on — from negotiating with Suppliers to packing an order when needed
Strong communicator, organised, and someone who takes ownership without letting things fall through the cracks
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with an Inventory Management System a plus
Workplace
5-day work week, with one workday falling on Saturday or Sunday
Must be willing to work on Public Holidays
On-premises work in office, warehouse, and freezer cold room (-18C freezer room for 15-20min to pack gelato)

Direct reports: Supply Chain & Fulfilment Executive; Packers
