About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Operations Executive to join our newly established Consumer Business team in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business from the ground up. You will work closely with the Consumer Business Lead to support the day-to-day operations.

The role offers broad exposure across operations, customer experience, marketing campaigns, business analysis, reporting, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities：

Daily Operations Support

• Support the daily operations of the Consumer Business team.

• Assist in coordinating operational activities across retail stores, office locations, and self-service recycling machine sites.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure smooth operations and service standards.

• Monitor machine performance and escalate operational issues when necessary.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational matters.

Business & Customer Support

• Assist in customer service and customer experience improvement initiatives.

• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and community engagement programs.

• Collect feedback from customers and frontline operations to identify improvement opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular operational reports and performance summaries.

• Analyze operational and business data to support decision-making.

• Maintain records, operational documentation, and monitoring dashboards.

• Assist in identifying trends and recommending operational improvements.

Projects & New Initiatives

• Participate in new business initiatives and pilot projects.

• Support the launch of new stores, new machine locations, and new operational processes.

• Take on ad hoc duties and cross-functional assignments as required.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Hands-on experience in operations, retail, logistics, customer service or related fields is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on shifts and during weekends or public holidays when operational needs arise.
