Job Description
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Manage journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting any variances.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks within the accounting and finance department.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- 5 to 7 years experience in MNC, Audit
- Preferably candidates with experience in Retail or Consumer Goods industry
- Knowledge of SAP/SAP One Stream /Backline
- Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and financial reporting standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Monthly salary ranging from MYR 8,000 to MYR 10,000.
- Permanent employment with a stable organisation in the Retail industry.
