STUDENT CARE CENTRE PRINCIPAL / VICE-PRINCIPAL

Position: Principal / Vice-Principal

Salary: S$3,200 – S$5,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Principal – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the student care centre.
• Lead, supervise and manage teaching and administrative staff.
• Plan and implement student programmes and enrichment activities.
• Ensure students’ safety, discipline and well-being.
• Communicate professionally with parents and address feedback.
• Manage staff schedules, centre activities and daily operations.
• Monitor teaching quality and student development.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with parents and the community.
• Ensure the centre operates according to relevant requirements and policies.
• Drive enrolment, retention and overall centre performance.

Vice-Principal – Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing the daily operations of the centre.
• Supervise teachers and support staff.
• Assist with student supervision, programmes and activities.
• Support communication with parents.
• Handle day-to-day operational matters in the Principal’s absence.
• Assist in maintaining discipline, safety and service standards.
• Support administrative and programme planning.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in student care, education, childcare or school operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to manage a team.
• Passionate about working with primary school children.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Salary:
Vice-Principal: S$3,200–S$3,800/month

Principal: S$3,800–S$5,000/month

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
