Job Description

• To assist Order Fulfilment (OF) - Team Lead on sales order transactional into SAP system
• To assist OF - Team Lead in coordination for order handling
• To support Sales Development functions with regards to complaints & returns handlinig
• To assist OF - Team Lead to monitor and keep track on machine rental process for Singapore customer

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Certificate in basic business or administrative coursework
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP system)
• Candidate with 2 years of experience in sales support, order entry or customer service
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the team members.
• Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang (near Bandar Parkland, Klang)
• Must have own transport
• Candidate who can start work immediately will be added advantage

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
