Job Description
Responsibilities
Report directly to the Project Manager.
Attend and handle request and feedback from the public.
Maintain documentation record of all requests or complaints from residents.
Attend to walk-in owners to answer any general query.
Arrange for inspection and appointments.
Update of weekly report.
Tabulate monthly report for submission to HDB.
Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in related field is required.
A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
