Responsibilities
Our client is a leading MNC in the manufacturing and power generation industry, operating an advanced Thermal Power Plant. They are looking for a Senior Field Instrumentation Engineer to join their engineering team and support the plant’s instrumentation, automation, control and electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial instrutmentation, process control, power generation, manufacturing or a similar plant environment.
- Good knowledge with PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA and industrial control systems.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation, control systems and industrial automation.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning and system improvement.
- Experience working in a thermal power plant, power generation plant, paper mill, process plant or continuous production environment will be an advantage.
- Able to analyse technical problems and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in a plant environment and support maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
