Job Summary
Lead and elevate project execution across events, exhibitions, and conferences by managing teams, standardizing processes, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with strong client satisfaction and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple project teams simultaneously to deliver seamless event, exhibition, and conference projects
Oversee end-to-end project execution by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
Allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize utilization and ensure smooth delivery
Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to resolve delivery challenges and minimize operational escalations
Collaborate closely with Client, Design, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
Standardize project management processes to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
Coach and develop project team to enhance team members' capabilities and foster professional growth
Required competencies and certifications
8 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably in events management
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with effective coordination skills
Good communications and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by building and motivating high-performing teams
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or diploma in relevant qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Additional certifications in Workplace Safety and Health, Class 3 Driving licence are an advantage
