Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, candidates screening, and interview arrangement
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
- Handle general matters, including updating residential addresses, levy waivers, medical check-ups for workers
- Organize and oversee training and development programs for staff and workers
- Support payroll processing
- Organize performance review for all employees
- Support in team building arrangement
- Conduct market surveys for MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and other HR-related studies
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of related experience. Experience in Construction Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both construction staff and workers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
