Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute company events, campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and event partners
• Manage event logistics, schedules, setup and on-site activities
• Assist in developing event concepts and promotional materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Monitor event budgets, timelines and deliverables
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event effectiveness
• Handle multiple events and projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in event management, marketing or a related field is preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Creative, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and work during weekends/public holidays when required
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or event experience are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,100.00 per month

Work Location: In person
