Job Responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities for sample and mass production.
• Develop and improve SAP production planning, scheduling and shopfloor dispatching systems.
• Manage production planning, capacity, material requirements and WIP.
• Optimize production loading, bottleneck processes and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate with SCM, Production and other departments to achieve output and shipment targets.
• Monitor production priorities, capacity and potential constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to PPC, SAP, capacity and lead time.
• Lead annual WIP physical inventory and support production ramp-up activities.
• Lead and develop the PPC team to achieve departmental targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and production scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, WIP management and production optimization.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Semiconductor / electronics manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
