Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle residential (private and residential development)/ sales office, show flat, furniture design and FF&E projects from design to completion. Hospitality project experience will be an advantage.

• Support manager with presentation documents, layout plans, elevations, detailed drawings, material selection, renderings and specifications

• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate or effectively communicate design ideas

• Coordinate with other internal departments in delivering project completion seamlessly

• On-Site inspection & measurement

• Maintain and update the database for vendors and material samples information

• Willing to assist in ad-hoc design tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferably in luxury residential, show flat & sales office. Hospitality experience is an advantage

• Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas

• Proven design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing aesthetics and creativity.

• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications

• Strong sensibility to furniture, FF&E, art and decoration

• Strong knowledge in design details with good AutoCAD drafting skills is a must

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, SketchUp, and common Microsoft office software. Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus

• Responsible, self-motivated, initiative and able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidates with more working experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
