Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure to manage well and integrate cross department and ensure employees are meeting full compliance to company rules and expectation
• Ensure and required to meet business goal and target
• Ensure no surprise to business and be fully aligned with superior in a timely manner
• Ensure downline employee’s mindset, attitude and working standards meet organization requirements.
• Ensure budgets and costing are meeting business requirements and needs
• Plan and have look ahead plans or creative projects to be able to meet or surpass company target
• Ensure the overall operational sustaining of responsible departments to meet business needs
• To drive and meet all requirements regarding quality performance, safety, operation stability, reliability, productivity and cost
• Ensure new product/process/equipment are able to release for production and optimized in the best optimum condition for sustaining and development of the business.
• Ensure execution are in full compliance with company rules and expectation
• Ensure new technology is able to phase into production with zero excursion and meet all operational and quality requirement
• To meet all requirements regarding safety, quality, stability, reliability, productivity and cost.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in management position of Production/ Equipment Maintenance/Process Engineering department in related industry and handled >500 employees in Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT related industry
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
