Full job description

Responsibilities:

• To conduct daily store operations and management.
• To supervise and support retail staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• To assist in managing inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and product displays.
• To monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets.
• Any other relevant task and assignment which will be communicated from time to time.

Spesific Knowledge And Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Background:

• Minimum educational background in business and retail management.
• Preferred with 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Outlet Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
