Duties:
Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to assess the organisation’s compensation competitiveness using relevant surveys, recruitment data, industry reports, and other credible sources.
Support compensation planning and review exercises, including annual salary increments, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.
Prepare compensation analyses and salary comparisons for new hires and existing employees to support fair and competitive pay decisions.
Assist in reviewing salary structures, pay ranges, and job levels to promote internal equity and consistency across the organisation.
Develop compensation recommendations and supporting reports for management's review and decision-making.
Coordinate and administer the organisation’s performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals, and calibration exercises.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance review procedures, timelines, rating criteria, and required documentation.
Monitor the progress and completion of performance reviews and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
Prepare performance-related data and reports to support calibration discussions and management reviews.
Assist with probation assessments, employee confirmation, performance improvement plans, and other performance-related processes.
Review and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas that may require further HR intervention.
Support the alignment of performance outcomes with salary reviews, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
Provide support for recruitment activities as required, including assisting with candidate coordination and other recruitment-related matters.
Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures on an ad-hoc basis.
Provide support for other HR projects and initiatives as and when required.
Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and proper management of compensation, performance, and employee-related information.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, or a relevant field.
Have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with broad exposure to HR operations or generalist functions.
Demonstrated experience in compensation-related activities, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary reviews, and annual increment exercises.
Familiarity with supporting and coordinating performance appraisal and performance management processes.
