Responsibilities
Working Hours: 5-Day Work Week (44 hrs) | 7AM
Job Scope:
Viennoiserie Production: Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake pastries to perfection, handling all fillings and daily finishing tasks.
Quality Assurance: Strictly follow recipes and SOPs to maintain artisanal standards and ensure consistency in size, texture, and overall quality.
Kitchen Operations: Manage ingredients efficiently to minimize wastage and maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all workspaces and equipment.
