Responsibilities
Coodinate schedule labor,equipment,and material to meet project deadlines.Communicate with project managers,architects,and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updated to project stakeholders
Site Preparation
: Clear debris, dig trenches, and set up temporary structures like scaffolding.
Material Handling
: Load, unload, and transport building materials such as lumber, bricks, and concrete.
Tool Operation
: Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery like jackhammers and cement mixers.
Structural Support
: Assist specialized tradespeople, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, with their tasks.
Safety Enforcement
: Follow all safety regulations, wear protective gear (PPE), and report potential hazards.
Site Maintenance
: Clean up tools, materials, and debris at the end of each shift to secure the site. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
