Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor incident queues and assign tickets to theappropriate engineers
Log incidents with the service desk for IT issuesencountered during administrative tasks
Assist in raising Service Request (SRs) when required
Track, assign, and follow up on SR progress to ensuretimely completion
Coordinate with users and backend teams to provideadditional information for SR fulfilment
Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate with the asset team to ensure devices for newhires are ready
Raise SRs related to user account setup and deactivation
Liaise with system, network, and desktop teams to ensureall accounts are correctly provisioned
Maintain and update IT asset inventory
Track and manage assets through the Asset ManagementSystem
Coordinate with asset owners for verification
Work with the agency to manage asset status, including:
Assigning assets to users and engineers
Tracking supplier deliveries and vendor returns
Monitoring IT appliances purchased by the agency
