Key Responsibilities:
Foreign Workers Management
- Coordinate all aspects of foreign worker management, including new quota applications, bank matters, permit and passport renewals, and FOMEMA requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration and the Labour Office on employment-related matters as needed.
- Register new foreign worker arrivals and update permits in the i-Assist (SOCSO) system.
- Register foreign workers for KWSP and assist with fund withdrawals at the end of contracts.
- Handle income tax registration for newly arrived foreign workers and provide support for their annual tax filing.
- Oversee hostel management and conduct monthly inspections to ensure proper standards.
- Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and other administrative documentation.
- Organize and maintain documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Disciplinary
- Assist in managing employee disciplinary matters according to company policies and labour regulations.
- Support the investigation of employee misconduct, including gathering information, documenting findings, and coordinating meetings when required
- Prepare and issue disciplinary documents such as warning letters and show cause letters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all disciplinary cases.
- Follow up on disciplinary actions to ensure proper compliance and timelines are met.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
HR Administration:
- To assist in PR issuance for HR and Admin.
- To support and contribute to the implementation of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Serve as a communication link between employees and management, facilitating clear and effective information flow.
- Prepare internal communications, announcements and reports as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience;
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and
- Ability to work as a part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
