Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or any relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, TikTok Operations, Live Streaming, eCommerce, Sales, Business Development, or Client Management.

Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Live, social media operations, and digital campaign execution.

Candidates with experience in eCommerce, live commerce, TikTok Shop, or other online sales platforms will be an added advantage.

Strong project management, leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Excellent client management and business negotiation skills, with the ability to manage projects independently from planning to execution.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Plan, manage, and oversee TikTok and live-streaming projects to ensure smooth execution and achievement of project objectives.

Liaise with clients to understand business requirements, develop project plans and execution strategies, and ensure successful implementation.

Coordinate closely with Live Stream Operations, Hosts, Video Team, and other relevant teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project progress and timelines, identify potential risks, and resolve issues promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Analyze TikTok LIVE, live-streaming, and campaign performance data, and propose optimization strategies to improve project results.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates, managing client requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Perform other project, TikTok, and live-streaming related duties as assigned by Management.
