Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Halal documentation
• Assist with MYeHALAL applications, renewals & updates
• Collect and verify Halal certificates & supplier documents
• Check ingredient and product documentation
• Monitor Halal certificate expiry dates
• Maintain and update Halal records, trackers & databases
• Assist in preparing documents for Halal audits & inspections
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments for outstanding documents
• Assist in maintaining documentation according to Halal requirements & company procedures

Requirements:

• Knowledge of JAKIM, MYeHALAL, Halal certification requirements, food ingredients or supplier documentation
• Detail-oriented & well organized
• Responsible and proactive
• Good at documentation and follow-up
• Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn about Halal compliance & certification
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Up to RM500.00 per month
