Nexorge Production is hiring a part-time Lead Generation & Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to win new commercial video, photography and post-production clients, with a particular focus on recurring retainers.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify businesses across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.

• Conduct personalised outreach to relevant decision-makers.

• Arrange discovery meetings and understand each prospect’s needs, budget and timeline.

• Present Nexorge’s services and support proposals and retainer discussions with the production team.

• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups and weekly pipeline updates.

• Develop client relationships that lead to recurring projects.

Requirements

Practical B2B sales or lead-generation experience; strong communication and follow-through; familiarity with the local business market; and the ability to manage an agreed part-time schedule independently. Experience selling creative or agency services is an advantage.
