Internship Overview

LPK Agency Sdn Bhd is looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our internship programme and gain practical exposure to business development, marketing, client engagement, communication, problem-solving and insurance business operations.

Our internship programme is designed to provide students with meaningful and structured responsibilities related to their fields of study. Interns will have opportunities to apply what they have learned in university to real business situations while developing practical skills and professional confidence.

This is not a purely clerical or administrative internship. The programme focuses on hands-on learning, communication, marketing, business development and project participation.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with existing and prospective clients through phone calls and messaging platforms.
• Follow up with clients and prospects and support client engagement activities.
• Understand client enquiries, needs and concerns and assist with appropriate solutions under supervision.
• Support business development, prospect engagement and relationship-building activities.
• Assist with social media content planning and content creation.
• Develop advertising and promotional content for marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing, branding and communication campaigns.
• Conduct basic market, customer and audience research.
• Gather and review customer feedback and responses to support business and marketing activities.
• Participate in business development, marketing and customer-engagement projects.
• Gain practical exposure to insurance products, services and industry operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to contribute ideas.
• Interested in business development, marketing, social media, communication or financial services.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms or content creation is an added advantage.
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• No prior working experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
