Medi 1 Services provides high-impact marketing, promotional, and creative solutions to a growing roster of clients. We are seeking an energetic, bold, and multifaceted Graphic Design & Multimedia Intern based at our Sentul office. If you love design, short-form video creation, and stepping in front of the lens to produce engaging digital content, this role will give you intensive, hands-on agency exposure.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching promotional posters, social media banners, marketing collateral, and digital client assets.
• Participate directly in video shoots as on-camera talent and content creator for social media advertisements (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Assist in planning, storyboarding, shooting, and editing promotional video ads and campaigns.
• Leverage AI prompts and generation tools to speed up ideation for posters, concepts, and video sequences.
• Handle basic photography and post-production editing for client products and company branding.
• Work closely with the creative team to meet project deadlines and client visual standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Must not be camera-shy and must have prior experience appearing in or creating short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Must possess own laptop equipped with necessary design and editing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva).
• Knowledge in AI prompts and AI tools for poster generation and video creation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or equivalent platforms).
• Hands-on familiarity with basic photography, lighting, and camera composition.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• A portfolio or link featuring previous design work and video/content creation samples is required.
