[What the role is]

We are seeking experienced HR Technology, Digitalisation, and Analytics professionals to join the School of Business Management (SBM) as adjunct lecturers, designing and delivering industry-relevant programmes that equip PET and CET learners with future-ready digital HR and analytics capabilities.

[What you will be working on]

• Deliver high-quality training in HR Technology, Digitalization, Analytics, and Automation
• Propose curriculum on topics such as HR data analytics, statistical techniques, data visualization, HRIS tools, AI applications, and HR automation workflows
• Facilitate workshops, case studies, and project-based learning for corporate and government clients
• Mentor learners in applying solutions

[What we are looking for]

• Strong experience in HR Tech or HR digital projects
• Hands-on proficiency in HR data analytics, data visualization, and automation platforms
• Strong experience in using AI and AI Agents in HR work
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and emerging digital HR trends
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and curriculum design skills
• Experience in corporate training or adult learning preferred
