Responsibilities
We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination and execution of events.
You’ll have opportunities to contribute to event concepts, coordinate logistics, engage with attendees and work with partners and stakeholders. This role is suited for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop event concepts and experiences
Assist with event planning from idea through execution
Coordinate venues, vendors and logistics
Support attendee engagement and event marketing
Assist with on-site event execution
Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
Review event outcomes and contribute to improvements for future events
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
Ambitious and self-motivated
Creative with strong execution skills
Resilient and able to remain composed under pressure
Confident communicating with different people
Resourceful when things don’t go according to plan
Responsible and willing to take ownership
Committed to delivering quality work
No prior events experience is required.
Training and guidance will be provided.
