Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field

At least 4 years of working experience in purchasing

Experience purchasing food ingredients, packaging and supplies

Good at comparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers and keeping accurate records

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work at Hextar Tower, Damansara Perdana

Process purchase orders for food ingredients, packaging, and supplies

Source and compare quotations from suppliers to get best pricing

Coordinate with suppliers on order placement, delivery schedules, and follow-ups

Ensure timely delivery of goods to avoid stock shortages

Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock when needed

Check and verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase records

Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and records

Work closely with kitchen, warehouse, and operations teams

Ensure purchased items meet quality and food safety standards

Assist in cost control by tracking prices and identifying savings opportunities
