If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles and love keeping people engaged, this is your chance to step up. You’ll not only lead and host but also set the example — creating amazing guest moments, rolling up your sleeves when needed, and shaping the next generation of Bomb Battle leaders.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Engagement & Leadership

• Emcee and lead events — corporate, team-building, or private sessions.
• Keep guests hyped, safe, and immersed in their Bomb Battle journey.
• Confidently guide groups, making every mission smooth and unforgettable.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee game prep, SOP execution, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Maintain high service standards — from inventory accuracy to spotless safety checks.
• Suggest and implement operational improvements that make Bomb Battle even better.

Team Mentorship & Growth

• Coach Junior Game Hosts to perform independently.
• Lead by example — from guest engagement to content creation.
• Help develop training materials and share best practices.

Hands-On Guest Experience

• Welcome and guide guests, sparking excitement at every stage.
• Prep game rooms, props, and décor for flawless runs.
• Snap insta-worthy photos, share tips, and create shareable content.
• Join our content squad — from TikTok-style videos to event highlights.

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus).

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles (events, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Confident in group management and public speaking.
• A proactive, energetic leader who thrives in dynamic settings.
• Weekend availability (that’s when the fun happens most!).
• Willing to work in The Curve Petaling Jaya
