Job Description

We are looking for experienced Freelance Transcribers to support projects across various industries, including Legal, Business, Finance, Medical, Media & Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Transcribe audio/video recordings accurately and according to project requirements.
• Produce verbatim or clean verbatim transcripts as required.
• Follow provided formatting, timestamping, speaker identification, and transcription guidelines.
• Review and proofread transcripts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle confidential and sensitive content professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of transcription or relevant linguistic experience.
• Strong command of English and/or the required target language.
• Previous experience in Legal, Finance, Business, Medical, Media & Marketing, or other specialized fields is an advantage.
• Excellent listening, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with multilingual or mixed-language transcription is an advantage.
