Paracell (M) Hiring! Full Time Retail Promoter (Fulltime) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,400 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company and introduce the brand and collections to customers
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, fitting and styling
• Maintain the presentation and visual standards of the the company space
• Process sales and coordinate with the Mall's team where required
• Monitor stock and request replenishment requirements
• Collect and maintain customer information/interest where permitted
• Follow up on customer enquiries, reservations and potential sales
• Provide simple daily/weekly feedback on sales, customer response, frequently requested products/sizes and general observations from the floor

Requirements:

• With 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in designer fashion, premium/luxury retail or a multi-brand environment
• Good understanding and genuine interest in fashion, design and clothing
• Well-presented, polished and professional, but not overly corporate
• Warm and attentive with customers without being pushy or overly sales-driven
• Comfortable explaining garment details, fabrication, fit, construction and the story behind the collection
• Confident communicating with both local and international customers
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an advantage
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the day-to-day presentation of the space
• Organised and detail-oriented with stock, customer enquiries and basic daily reporting
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling customer transactions
• Proactive in following up with interested customers and building longer-term customer relationships
• Reliable and punctual
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays according to roster

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
