Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong interest in business development, sales, and the food services/facilities management industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.

Demonstrated presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in an office environment.

Familiarity with market research and data analysis is a plus.

Support the business development team in identifying and researching potential new market opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Malaysian F&B and facilities management sectors.

Assist in the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals by gathering market data, competitor analysis, and customer insights, utilizing PowerPoint effectively.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up actions to support the sales cycle.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to gather information for proposals and ensure alignment on client solutions.

Contribute to the development of business development strategies by providing input based on research and observations.
