This role involves reviewing online videos, content, and complaints received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions related to their copyright work and material. You will review and update content on social media platforms, conduct audits of content received for social media upload, handle escalations, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to meet pressing timelines. The role requires awareness of current affairs and events in respective countries.

Key responsibilities

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Review online videos, content, and complaints received from end customers on incorrect decisions related to copyright work and material
• Review and update content on social media platforms
• Conduct audit of content received and sharing for social media upload
• Handle escalations and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams with pressing timelines
• Maintain awareness of current affairs and events in respective countries

About you

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 1 year of experience in content moderation, or fresh graduate with degree certification
• Minimum degree qualification and above
• Analytical abilities to analyze data and trends from effectiveness surveys
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
• Resilience and strong emotional fortitude in handling potentially sensitive content
• Critical thinking ability to navigate gray areas, break down complex problems and develop independent solutions
• Ability to work non-standard hours as required
