Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree.

On-the-job training will be provided.

Working experience in a related field will be an advantage.

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word)

Possesses good initiative, strong follow-up skills, is responsible and well-organized.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to start work immediately is preferred.

Record, maintain, and generate monthly business report (using the existing system).

Filing and updating relevant forms and brochures in the internal e-mini library.

Communicate with Financial Advisers and providers (suppliers) for new business and operation requirements.

Assist with meetings and event preparation.

General office administration tasks such as scheduling document delivery, collection, answering phone calls, attending to inquiries, etc.
