DMK Hiring! Ecommerce Marketing - Livestream Executive in - Ricebowl

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially driven and camera-confident E-commerce Marketing & Livestream Executive to grow our fashion brand across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. You’ll manage marketplace campaigns, livestreams, paid advertising and creator partnerships — turning engaging content into measurable sales.

What You’ll Do

- Host 3–5 engaging livestreams per week, presenting products with confidence, demonstrating styling possibilities and turning audience interest into sales.

- Own daily, weekly and monthly sales targets across key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, average order value and return on ad spend.

- Shape the livestream strategy — from product selection and promotional hooks to scripts, offers and sales targets.

- Recruit, train and coach external livestreamers, creators and KOLs, equipping them with the product knowledge, brand understanding and selling techniques needed to perform.

- Build and execute high-impact marketplace campaigns for product launches, seasonal moments and major sale events.

- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns that grow product discovery, livestream audiences and revenue.

- Strengthen DMK's marketplace presence by optimising storefronts, product listings, pricing, vouchers and promotional mechanics.

- Grow DMK's creator and affiliate network through strategic partnerships, product seeding and commerce-led content.

- Use performance data to identify winning products, creators, content and campaign formats and scale what works.

- Partner with content, e-commerce, merchandising, operations and customer-service teams to bring campaigns to market successfully.

- Stay ahead of platform developments, competitor activity and social-commerce trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

- Turn performance results into clear recommendations and practical actions for continued growth.
